Established
NATC was formed in 2017 to accommodate the demand from major North American based carriers and other tenants to improve the quality and coverage of their networks under new “Build to Reduce” programs.
NATC's Unique Foundation & Business Model
Historically, carriers have been burdened with excessive tenant lease escalators, which have significantly increased the CAPEX requirement for the operation of their networks. NATC’s Partner ecosystem acts as a national solution for the required delivery KPI’s for carrier “Build to Suit” and MLA programs.
Set Up For Success
NATC forecasts an exponential growth rate in its Macro Tower portfolio per annum over the next ten years, as consumer demand for data transmission grows. We believe the current anomalies in the United States market will offer significant 20-year results. The larger population base of users, excess demand for the Towers by major carriers, 5G Evolution effect, and current carrier “Build to Reduce” programs against the largest USA Tower Companies, have created our opportunity to 2022 and beyond.

Our Methods
LET’S MAKE THE MOST OF THE INDUSTRY’S OPPORTUNITIES
NATC’ s national scope and delivery excellence allows carriers to make seamless transitions to NATC’s BTS and BTR programs. NATC can assume work in progress, within required budgets and timelines. Carrier sunk costs for search rings for assigned BTSSA’s with NATC are reimbursed to carriers within 30 days.

- NATC can also deliver in hard to build areas and rural areas. We assume ring searched on land areas that competitors find too difficult to accommodate.
