NATC’s acquisition program is focused on negotiating strategic cell site tower (“CST”) pool acquisitions. These target acquisitions must be operating with an average 2.5 tenants per CST that are major Carriers, have capacity growth per average CST of a minimum additional 0.5 tenant, have 25 years of lease term renewal options, and a churn rate of 2% or less.
NATC offers existing Tower owners incentives to sell their Tower assets to NATC. We value these assets based on their lease pool characteristics, their locations, and creditworthiness.
